Day 4:

Activity: When you see her at the end of the day before anything else walk up to her ,caress her cheek and give her a deep passionate kiss, tell her you've been waiting to do that all day long.

She absolutely loved this one.  She responded with "Wow!".  And then she asked "What has got you doing all this sweet stuff lately?"  After only 4 days of doing tiny little things it has made an impact.  Its the repetition that makes all these little things seem like one really grand gesture that will score you major points.
